Doctoral course “The Emerging Field of Strategic Communication – in Times of Geopolitical Conflict and Crisis”

This week, the Department of Communication hosted the doctoral course “The Emerging Field of Strategic Communication – in Times of Geopolitical Conflict and Crisis” (5 ECTS).

PhD candidates from Lund University, Mid Sweden University, University of Jyväskylä, and Cardiff University came together to explore key geopolitical challenges in strategic communication.

The course covered pressing themes, including: Psychological defence, Corporate social advocacy, Resilience and crisis communication, Risk and disaster communication, Public diplomacy, and methods for investigating hybrid warfare.
